Fleetminder Lite app for iPhone and iPad

For use with fleetminder OBD-150 and FM-Lite vehicle trackers only.

This app provides a convenient method for users to obtain the location of their vehicle (or asset) using their mobile phone.*

*a fleetminder tracking device must be fitted to the vehicle or asset.

fleetminder trackers are suitable for a wide range of assets including vehicles, cars, vans, trucks, trailers, boats, machinery, etc.

The word “vehicle” is used in the app, but it can apply to any asset listed above.

This app allows the user to:
- Add in a list of vehicles (and edit the list)
- Obtain the location of their vehicle or vehicles
- Set a geofence zone for their vehicle at a HOME location (either personal residence, garage, business office or operating location)
- Set a geofence zone for their vehicle at the CURRENT location (carpark, side of the road, the mechanic’s service workshop, etc)
- Be able to remotely activate an output on their vehicle (for applicable fleetminder trackers only)
- Open the Live Tracking website
- Obtain the user manual

INSTRUCTIONS:
When opening the app for the first time, the user is asked to enter in the 10 digit mobile phone number of the SIM card fitted to the GPS tracker, as well as a description of the vehicle.

The default command ‘PIN 0000’ then opens in the user’s SMS screen. The user then needs to press SEND to transmit the PIN to the tracker.

The PIN command allows that mobile phone to become the primary “controller” of the fleetminder tracker.
